Yes — every order receives tracking
Yes. Every order placed in our store is shipped with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress. Tracking details are sent to you by email once your order is dispatched.
Where can I find my tracking number?
- In your shipping confirmation email (please check spam/junk folders).
- In your customer account (if you created one during checkout).
- On the order status page (where available).
My tracking number doesn’t work (yet)
Sometimes it can take a short time after dispatch for the carrier’s system to show the first scan. If your tracking link shows “not found” or “no updates,” please wait a little and try again later.
I didn’t receive tracking details
If you have not received tracking details within a reasonable time after ordering, please contact our support team via the Contact page (footer link). We will help you locate your shipment and provide the tracking information.
