Returns & Refund Policy

Our store operates from Germany and sells exclusively to customers located outside the European Union, in particular in the United States and Canada.

A statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply.

We offer a voluntary return policy under the following conditions:

– Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
– Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
– Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
– Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
