Order processing
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has been processed and handed over for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation. From that point, your order can be tracked using the tracking number provided.
Tracking your parcel
Every order is assigned a tracking number. This allows you to follow the delivery status online. You can track your shipment directly on our website (where available) or via the carrier’s tracking page.
- Check your email for the shipping confirmation and tracking details (also check spam/junk folders).
- Use the tracking link/number to see the latest shipping updates.
- If tracking has not updated for a short period, it can be normal (scans may occur in batches).
Delivery times

If your order appears delayed
Occasionally, shipments can be delayed due to factors outside our control (e.g., peak seasons, customs processing, local carrier delays, weather events). If you believe your order is unusually delayed, please contact us via the Contact page (footer link) and include:
- Your order number
- Your full name and delivery address
- The tracking number (if available)
Missing delivery / wrong address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible via the Contact page. If an order is already shipped, changes may not be possible.
